What if I am not completely satisfied with the product?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product we will gladly send you a refund or a replacement product of your choice. Please feel free to call us at 1-800-330-0320 if you have any issues or concerns with your products.

Can I order the product over the phone?
If you are not able to order online, we would be happy to take your order over the phone. You can call us toll free at 1-800-330-0320.

How long is the shelf life?
We recommend a shelf life of 4 years. If you are not going to use the product immediately, store below room temperature for best results.

Why is your bag smaller than the other products out there?
We have designed a smaller bag so that we would spend less on packaging therefore passing on the savings to the customers. Also a smaller bag is more light weight and easier to carry around.

How many servings are in your bags?
Each product has at least 2 servings, if not 3. On the back of the back it will list the servings on the nutritional panel. Many times people eat the entire bag themselves or you can share.

What if I need this immediately and can not wait the 5 day shipping time?
